(TSX: VNP) (\"5N Plus or the \"Company\"), a leading global producer of engineered materials and specialty chemicals, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today in Montreal, Quebec. Over 69,049,470 shares (81.31% of outstanding common shares) were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting. As part of the formal proceedings, the Company's shareholders elected the Board of Directors and approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company.\nThe complete voting results from the meeting are as follows:\nELECTION OF DIRECTORS\nThe Board of Directors fixed at seven the number of directors of the Company to be elected at the meeting.
