About this update from Trailbreaker Resources Ltd
June 29, 2026 – TheNewswire - Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) ("Trailbreaker" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of its maiden drill program at the Company's 100%-owned, 300 km² Atsutla Gold project in northwestern British Columbia (BC). The Phase 1 drill campaign has been designed to define the subsurface extent of the surface high-grade gold (Au), silver (Ag), and copper (Cu) showings initially discovered at the Highlands zone in 2020. The Highlands zone covers a 2.0 km by 1.5 km area in the western Atsutla Gold project region (Figure 1), with quartz veins containing coarse visible gold assaying up to 630 g/t Au and 1,894 g/t Ag. Figure 1: High-grade gold occurrences across the Atsutla West region are located within potentially continuous shear structures within a 5.0 km x 4.3 km area (see January 8, 2026 news release). Daithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of Trailbreaker, commented, "Commencing the first-ever drill program at the Highlands zone is a significant milestone for Trailbreaker and a testament to the systematic exploration work our team has carried out at Atsutla since 2020. From initial discovery through surface mapping, sampling, and now diamond drilling, the project has matured into one of the most compelling high-grade gold targets in our portfolio. The Highlands gold system sits within a much larger mineralized corridor, and we look forward to the results of this campaign as we advance toward defining the full potential of the Atsutla Gold project." Highlands Zone Drill Target Initial drilling will target the Highlands zone, where the highest assay grades and greatest density of gold-bearing quartz veins have been mapped on the property to date. Surface sampling has identified quartz veins from 10 to 60 cm wide containing coarse visible gold at surface and assaying up to 630 g/t Au and 1,894 g/t Ag. Veins appear to be located within a shallow-dipping shear zone cutting granodiorite and traced on surface for over 1 km. The planned drill program will consist of multiple drill holes testing the geometry, continuity, and precious metal grades along a 600-metre strike length of the auriferous shear zone exposed at surface. Mineralization at the Highlands zone is interpreted to be part of a much larger system (Atsutla West), which includes the Christmas Creek and Snook zones. Combined, these zones cover an area of 5.0 km x 4.3 k...
