Result of AGM
Bellway PLC announced that all ordinary and special resolutions were passed by shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Key resolutions included the adoption of the 2025 accounts with 99.99% of votes in favour, approval of the remuneration report with 96.60% in favour, and the declaration of a final dividend of 49.0p per ordinary share, which received 99.99% approval. Directors were re-elected with varying levels of support, and Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as auditor with 99.99% of votes in favour. Special resolutions concerning share allotment and market purchases also passed with strong majorities, including the exclusion of pre-emption rights for acquisitions and capital investments with 89.99% approval. (the 'Company') Results of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') 27 November 2025 The Company is pleased to announce that at the AGM held earlier today , shareholders passed each of the ordinary and special resolutions by the requisite majorities on a poll. The full text of each resolution is contained in the Notice of 2025 AGM, which is available on the Company's website, www.bellwayplc.co.uk. Resolutions 1 to 16 (inclusive) are ordinary resolutions and resolutions 17 to 21 (inclusive) are special resolutions.
