Promoter entity Indian Continent Investment has offloaded six-tenths of a percent stake in telecom operator Bharti Airtel via open market transactions on November 26.Perhaps, as a result of this, the stock corrected 1.61 percent to Rs 2,126.8 on the NSE after gap-down opening and breaking the consolidation of last five sessions on the downside.Indian Continent Investment sold 3.43 crore equity shares in Bharti Airtel for Rs 7,195.5 crore. These shares were sold at a price of Rs 2,097.81 per share, near the day's low.The total promoters' shareholding in the telecom company was 50.27 percent as of September 2025, including Indian Continent Investment's 1.48 percent stake.Siddhartha Sacheti, the non-institutional investor, sold 1.58 percent equity stake in Tarsons Products, the laboratory plasticware manufacturer. The stock price fell 1.78 percent to Rs 223.6 on the NSE after a day of nearly 14 percent rally, sustaining below all key moving averages.As per the bulk deals data, Siddhartha Sacheti sold 4.55 lakh shares in Tarsons at Rs 229.24 per share for Rs 10.44 crore, and 3.85 lakh shares at Rs 233.37 per share, amounting to Rs 9 crore.Further, there was an exchange of 0.57 percent shares of Rain Industries via block deals on Wednesday. The stock finished flat at Rs 109.69.First Water Fund has bought additional 19.48 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.57 percent of paid-up equity) of Rain Industries for Rs 21.24 crore from K2 Family Private Trust, and Haresh Tikamdas Kaswani.The above block deals have taken place at a price of Rs 109 per share.First Water Capital Advisors-owned First Water Fund Class C held 1.22 percent stake in Rain Industries as of September 2025.Mangalam Drugs and Organics was also in focus, falling 10 percent to Rs 32.68, the lowest level since April 2020, continuing downtrend for eighth consecutive session.Tata Capital sold 3.47 percent stake in Managalam Drugs via two transactions. It has offloaded 4.44 lakh shares at Rs 33.54 per share for Rs 1.49 crore, and 1.05 lakh shares at Rs 33.36 per share, amounting to Rs 35.02 lakh.
