Our Refining and Midstream businesses both set records with year-to-date clean product yield and fractionation volumes, respectively. Third-quarter earnings included pre-tax special item adjustments of $(948) million in the Refining segment and $(226) million in the Marketing and Specialties segment. Adjusted earnings for the third quarter were $1.0 billion versus adjusted earnings of $973 million in the second quarter. As of Sept. 30, 2025, the company had $2.0 billion of cash and cash equivalents, including assets held for sale, and $5.2 billion of committed capacity available under credit facilities.
