Dr. E. Moses Road, Shakti Mill Lane, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai - 400011 at 05:00 p.m. and concluded at 07.10 p.m. The Board interalia, considered, approved and taken on record as follows: 1.The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.2.Recommended the appointment of Mr. Ramjan Kadar Shaikh (DIN: 08286732), Director who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment at the ensuing AGM in terms of Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. 3Detailed Outcome as per attached pdf file.
