- Reason for the Revision
The Company recognizes the return of profits to shareholders as one of its key management priorities. Its basic policy is to distribute profits supported by business performance, while maintaining an appropriate balance with internal reserves for future growth investments.
Under its Medium-Term Management Plan "integration 1.1," the Company has adopted a progressive dividend policy as its basic policy. The Company aims for a dividend payout ratio, or a total return ratio, of 30% to 35%, and intends to increase dividends in line with growth in profit for the year.
For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, as business performance exceeded the forecast, the Company has decided to increase its year-end dividend forecast by ¥3.00 from the previous forecast, to ¥34.25 per share. As a result, the annual dividend per share is expected to be ¥63.00 on a post-stock split basis, equivalent to ¥126.00 on a pre-stock split basis. The dividend payout ratio is expected to be 32.2%.
