Italian energy group A2A MIL:A2A, Verdalia - a European biomethane platform backed by Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners -, Retina Holding - a biomethane platform company owned by Actarus Renewables and Biomethane Asset Holdings - and the fund Vesper Infrastructure Partners are interested in the assets, it said.
