Net Income in second quarter 2026 was $24 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, versus Net Income of $104 million, or $0.34 per diluted share in second quarter 2025. Second quarter 2026 and 2025 Net Income were impacted by a net charge from non-recurring and special items and amortization of purchased intangibles of $17 million and $24 million, respectively.
