Goldpac Group Limited and its subsidiaries ("Goldpac" or the "Group", stock code: 03315.HK), today announced the interim results for the period ended 30 June 2026.
Embracing Renewal, Breaking Grounds
In the first half of 2026, the Group recorded a revenue of RMB418.4 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 8.6%, and the Group recorded a net loss of RMB14.6 million for the first time since its establishment. Whilst this reflects the downturn of macroeconomic situation, it is also the necessary path to a new cycle of growth.
Due to the declining sales prices and rising prices of raw materials such as chips, the Group's gross profit for the period was RMB92.7 million, and gross profit margin was 22.2%.
From the perspective of market distribution, due to the slowdown in the growth rate of total social consumption and a general decline in retail loans of banks driven by the continued contraction in consumer credit, the revenue from the Chinese mainland market decreased by 10.9% year-on-year. The non-Chinese mainland market continued to grow with revenue increasing by 7.7% year-on-year, and its share in the Group's total revenue further rose, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Group's geographical diversification strategy.
As for business segments, benefitting from the continuous growth in demand for mobile communications and the Internet of Things, as well as the further enhancement of the competitiveness of digital identity authentication products, the Group's telecommunications business achieving a significant growth. Driven by this growth, the Group's embedded software and secure payment products business segment realised a slightly increase in revenue.
The Group maintained a healthy financial position with sufficient available funds and no interest-bearing debt, and the current ratio and gearing ratio remained at leading levels within the industry, supporting its long-term development and transformation initiatives.

In the first half of 2026, the Group has achieved a further development in the Central and South American region. At the same time, Eurasian and other markets remained stable growth with increasing business scale and client loyalty.
