PARIS, France (August 26, 2026) - GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) today announced the signing of an agreement for establishing a joint venture (JV) with LS Electric to further strengthen its competitiveness in the Voltage-Sourced Converter (VSC)-HVDC (High-Voltage Direct Current) business, a core component of Korea's next-generation power grid.
