17 November 2025 eEnergy Group plc ("eEnergy", "the Company" or "the Group") Award of Options eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), a leading Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service and Energy Management-as-a-Service business in the UK, announces that the Remuneration Committee of the Board has approved the award of further nil cost share options over a total of 5,650,000 ordinary shares of £0.003 each in the capital of the Company ("Options") with 2,000,000 Options awarded to John Gahan, Chief Financial Officer and 3,650,000 Options awarded to a further four employees. The Company consulted with a number of institutional investors prior to making these awards and the feedback from those investors has been reflected in the structure of the Options award. The Options award has been made to incentivise, retain and align the wider management team of the business to help drive shareholder value over the longer term. The Options award has been structured primarily to qualify for the tax advantaged Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI ") scheme.
