The Company aims to enhance its medium- and long-term corporate value and to meet its customer expectations through continuing a stable supply system even in the event of natural disasters or external risks.

  2. Outline of assets to be acquired

    2. Completion date: September, 2028 (scheduled)

Neither the counterparty nor its affiliates are parties related to the Company.

  4. Future outlook

The impact of the construction of the new factory, which is scheduled in September 2028, on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is expected to be minimal. However, if any matters requiring disclosure arise in the future, the Company will promptly make an announcement.
