Welcome to the Warehouse Group's FY26 Speaker 2: Annual Results presentation. Speaker 2: Thank you for joining us today. I'm John Jannay, Chair of the Warehouse Group. Speaker 2: Joining me are Mark Sturton, our Group Chief Executive Officer, Speaker 2: and Steph Knight, our Group Chief Financial Officer. Speaker 2: I will begin with the Board's perspective on the year before handing over to Mark to take you through the Group's performance and progress. Speaker 2: Despite a challenging market environment, the group delivered a significantly stronger result.
