[00:15] Speaker 1: Today we'll be setting the stage for full circle and what people can expect for the remainder of 2024. [00:20] Speaker 1: Carlos, [00:21] Speaker 1: thanks for joining us today. Why don't you start by providing a high-level overview of what was accomplished last year for your company? [00:28] Speaker 2: Sure, and thanks for having me. And Look, I mean, I think that the company has executed [00:33] Speaker 2: in an accelerated pace from our early formation in 2022, [00:38] Speaker 2: really, to [00:39] Speaker 2: what we believe is going to be revenue generation over the next quarter. [00:44] Speaker 2: FCL or full circle is now at the final stages [00:47] Speaker 2: of having our 1st lithium recycling commercial plant [00:51] Speaker 2: active and generating cash flow for the company. So every call back we were able to put together [00:59] Speaker 2: a former lithium [01:00] Speaker 2: carbonate producer with over [01:03] Speaker 2: 20 years of processing manufacturing [01:06] Speaker 2: experience in the state of Georgia in the US, we raised about 15 million Canadian gross over the past 12 to 18 months. And we utilize that [01:16] Speaker 2: money to refurbish the plant and put together what we call the formation steps [01:22] Speaker 2: for our company to start generating revenue in 2024 and beyond. [01:26] Speaker 2: So we will have a lithium carbonate, or we do have a lithium carbonate plant [01:30] Speaker 2: already refurbished [01:32] Speaker 2: up to about 2000 tons [01:34] Speaker 2: of lithium carbonate capacity.
