I'm a partner at Oakley Capital and it's my pleasure to welcome you to Oakley Capital Investments' Speaker 1: 2026 Speaker 1: interim results webcast. Speaker 1: Thank you for joining us today. Speaker 1: In today's presentation, as well as examining Speaker 1: OCI's current asset breakdown and the drivers of performance, we'll also be joined by senior partner Sameer Kumar to discuss the strategy and progress of the OPC Touring Venture fund. Speaker 1: We'll then cover an investment activity review in which we'll introduce you to some of the new members of the portfolio before concluding with a review of liquidity and capital allocation. Speaker 1: But 1st though, a reminder of where OCI sits today with H1 2026 Speaker 1: headline numbers to the end of June. Speaker 1: That asset value stood at £1.29 Speaker 1: billion, Speaker 1: which is equivalent to Speaker 1: £782 Speaker 1: per share, and has resulted in OCI generating a total NAV return of 6% over the 1st 0.5. Speaker 1: And over the longer term, our 10-year total NAV return category is 15%. Speaker 1: More importantly, Speaker 1: and not a coincidence, Speaker 1: is that the shareholder return over the same period has tracked NAV growth, with a matching 15% Speaker 1: annual compound return Speaker 1: in spite of a southern discount scenario persisting over this time period.
