We are happy to hear the increase in reserves but the high strip costs are raining on your parade. Is it possible to get LT financing to cover the stripping costs and capitalise that cost and write it off over a period of time of beneficiation??

Financing is exactly the question! How does it look? How do you want to finance (equity, bonds, etc.) do you even need financing at this Gold Price / Cash Flow?

Another reason why the share is not performing is that nobody knows the company! I don't know of any research where Asante is listed as a comparison.
Does any company produce research?
We really need to improve awareness of the company. Are there any plans for this?

My strong suggestion to the company is to really focus on some marketing and get some analyst coverage to get the share price up. I would also start the process to move the company's listing from the CSE to the main TSX

Please go over the financing package that you are working on closing. I understand that the breakdown in secured debt could change, but overall, what is this looking like between equity and debt? And will this money get you all the capital that you will need as far as you can see today?

The chart on Page 3 that we are looking at on the screen would look very different and show much more strength if the fivgures and based on say 2500 rhather than 1700

is that 500 M program with Fujirah a 100 M revolving stream where you draw the 100 M then pay back in full with gold @ 7 % and discount and then start all over again top draw another 100 M thus NOT giving the benefit of 500 M at once and the lender is making 5 times 7 % ie 35 % interest??

IE using 1700 gold price is missing a trick in making this story look exciting which it is in everything else but the share price. So perhaps some adjustments

Fantasztic news to hear about graduation to TSX-V. Would it be sensible to go straight to TSX given you will soon be a material producer.

How many analysts are following ASE and what are they saying about ASE/
mb
May 8 2025
I see from the ASE web site that only Eight Capital are providing research coverage. When did they last give an update and how many orher brokers will be following the story wth research?
mb
May 8 2025
We need more than one broker covering the story.
