ACQUISITION OF RIGHTS Arctic Star will acquire 100% of 243 hectares around the 2 diamondiferous Black Wolf and White Wolf kimberlites in northeastern Finland. The Wolf kimberlites occur near the world class Lomonosov and Grib diamond mines, in nearby Russia. 6
