    2H21 展望 半導體晶片設計需求依然強勁 – 大量投資進入晶片設計產業，市場設計項目數持續增加 – 高速運算需求維持強勁，無論是運算處理類或是人工智慧類之應 用，市場需求面持續增加 預計公司之重要7nm人工智慧晶片量產將於下半年開 始貢獻營收 – 北美重要服務商客戶之7nm人工智慧晶片量產將於第三季啟動，公 司對其於下半年及2022年之營收貢獻度有高度期待 – 第二及第三顆供給另一北美客戶之人工智慧晶片亦將陸續流片， 主要貢獻將發生於2022年 – 公司上半年之7nm對中國客戶出貨之高效能運算晶片項目將於3Q21 進入尾聲，但2022年該項目預計將再次出貨 11 © 2019 Alchip
