INTRODUCTION The Encompass SDK will transition to API this year, charges set to start Summer 2026. This presentation will guide you through transitioning from our SDK Plugin to our API Ocean Platform.

WHAT IS THE OCEAN PLATFORM Automation workflows are built in 3 steps 1. Create your Schedule down to every 10 minutes or trigger from Outside with a link. 2. Create your Pipeline Search to select the Loans to push through the workflow 3. Start adding Automations one after another. An Example: Fema w

Step 1: Schedule Create your custom schedule, repeatabilty down to every 10 minutes.
Slide 5: Step 2: Search
Step 2: Search Create your search criterion using the grouping format you are already used to.
Slide 6: Step 3: FEMA Automation
Step 3: FEMA Automation Stack as many automations as you want one after another. In this example, only the loans that are in new disasters will be pushed to the next automation.

Step 3: Email All loans that found new disasters will be processed through the Email Automation. You can send 1 email with the loans as an attachment. Or you can loop through the Loans to use Loan data and include Attachments
