(Nasdaq: ZS), the leader in cloud security, today announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2025. “We had an outstanding Q4, in which we achieved a new milestone of more than $3 billion of Annual Recurring Revenue while achieving our highest ever operating margin for a quarter. We believe Zscaler's Zero Trust and AI security solutions are imperative in today’s world and are driving robust demand,” said Jay Chaudhry, Chairman and CEO of Zscaler. “We recently delivered AI Guardrails for Public and Private apps, and we are rapidly expanding our AI security portfolio to address the emerging risks of AI models and applications.” Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2025 Financial Highlights Revenue: $719.2 million, an increase of 21% year-over-year.Income (loss) from operations: GAAP loss from operations was $32.2 million, or 4% of revenue, compared to $27.0 million, or 5% of revenue, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. Non-GAAP income from operations was $158.9 million, or 22% of revenue, compared to $127.5 million, or 22% of revenue, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.Net income (loss): GAAP net loss was $17.6 million, compared to $14.9 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. Non-GAAP net income was $146.7 million, compared to $115.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.Net income (loss) per share, diluted: GAAP net loss per share, diluted, was $0.11, compared to $0.10 in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. Non-GAAP net income per share was $0.89, compared to $0.72 in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.Cash flows: Cash provided by operations was $250.6 million, or 35% of revenue, compared to $203.6 million, or 34% of revenue, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.
