Limited ('Sekisui'), acquired 2,797,200\nordinary shares in Zotefoams, representing 7.72 per cent. of Zotefoams' issued\nordinary share capital. No shares were held prior to this acquisition.\n\nThese shares will be registered in the name of Alveo.\n\nCommenting on the above, Dr Bill Fairservice, Chairman of Zotefoams said:\n\n'Sekisui is a valued strategic partner of Zotefoams and we welcome its\nacquisition of a shareholding in the Company.
