Zotefoams PLC 31 October 2002 Notification of Interest in Zotefoams plc ('Zotefoams') Zotefoams plc was notified on 29th October under the Companies Act 1985 that Alveo AG ('Alveo'), a subsidiary of Sekisui Chemical Co. Limited ('Sekisui'), has an interest in 3,097,200 shares of the Company. This represents 8.54% of Zotefoams' issued ordinary share capital. Prior to this notification Zotefoams had been informed that Alveo and its parent company Sekisui held 2,797,200 shares(7.72%). These shares were registered in the name of Alveo.
