Zotefoams PLC 24 December 2001 ZOTEFOAMS PLC ('Zotefoams' or the 'Company') Non-executive director change Subsequent to the announcement today by Rathbone Brothers plc that Ian Buckley has been appointed a non-executive director of Rathbone Brothers plc, Zotefoams confirms that it has received notice from Ian Buckley of his intention to resign from the board of the Company. Ian has agreed to continue as a non-executive director of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of Zotefoams, which is expected to take place in April 2002. The board of Zotefoams plc would like to thank Ian for his contribution to the Company. - ENDS -
