The options were all granted for nil consideration (apart from the Inland Revenue Approved Scheme grant to C G Hurst where the consideration is £1) and all the options have an exercise price of 72.5p per Ordinary Shares. The options are only exercisable in the event that the Company achieves certain performance criteria.
