[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 1196H\n Zotefoams PLC\n 23 March 2020\n \n \n \n \n Zotefoams plc \n \n \n \n \n \n Delayed Preliminary Results \n \n \n 23 March 2020 - Zotefoams plc (\"Zotefoams\") a world leader in cellular material technology, today announces a delay in the publication of its preliminary results at the request of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).\n \n \n \n \n \n Zotefoams plc was ready to release its preliminary financial results on 24 March 2020.\n \n \n The FCA has strongly requested that all listed companies observe a moratorium on the publication of preliminary financial statements for at least two weeks from today's date.\n \n \n Zotefoams plc will be observing this moratorium.
