[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0997V Zoo Digital Group PLC 06 January 2012  \n \n\nZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC\n(\"ZOO\" or \"the Company\")\n \n\nPurchase of shares by Chairman and employee trust\n \nZOO announces that it was notified yesterday that, on the same day, Roger Jeynes (non executive Chairman of the Company) and the ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited (\"ZEST\") purchased, in aggregate, 250,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"). \nRoger Jeynes purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 9.5 pence per Ordinary Shares, after which he is interested in 120,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.\nZEST purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 9.2 pence per Ordinary Share (with individual trades ranging between 9.0 and 9.5 pence per Ordinary Share), after which ZEST is interested in 534,105 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
