Dealings in these shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 24 December 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.\nThe total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 74,547,271. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 74,547,271.
