[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 8928O Zoo Digital Group PLC 06 July 2010  \n\nZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC\n(\"ZOO\" or \"the Company\")\n \n6 July 2010\n \nDirector's dealings and sale of shares by ZEST\n \n \nZOO announces that it was notified on 5 July 2010 that, on the same day, Roger Jeynes (non executive chairman of the Company) purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 40.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, he is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.\n \nThe abovementioned shares were acquired from the ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited (the \"ZEST\"), which has, in addition to those acquired by Roger Jeynes, disposed of a further 23,600 shares. The ZEST is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZOO whose purpose is to hold shares in ZOO for the benefit of the employees of the Group.  \nAs a result of this transaction and the issue of shares to employees notified on 30 June 2010, ZEST is interested in 415,983 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.76% of the Company's issued share capital.
