[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8517G Zoo Digital Group PLC 06 March 2018 \n\n \nZoo Digital Group PLC\n(\"ZOO\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirector Dealing\nIssue of Equity\nand Total Voting Rights \n \nZOO Digital Group plc, the provider of localisation and digital distribution services for the global entertainment industry, announces that, on 6 March 2018, 159,666 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the share capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") were allotted pursuant to an exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by certain employees of the Company. \n \nAs part of the employee exercise, Helen Gilder (Chief Finance Officer) exercised 40,000 options over Ordinary Shares granted under the ZOO Digital Group plc EMI Scheme at an exercise price of 15 pence. Following the exercise, she transferred 19,400 Ordinary Shares to her spouse Matthew Gilder for nil cost and subsequently Helen Gilder sold 20,600 Ordinary Shares and Matthew Gilder sold 19,400 Ordinary Shares, both at a price of 73.2613 pence per Ordinary Share. The below notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail on the transactions.\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 159,666 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 12 March 2018. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.\n \nThe total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 73,773,655. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 73,773,655.
