John Reynolds to its\nBoard of Advisors.\n\nHon.\nReynolds, who is from British Columbia, has an extensive and distinguished\nbackground in both the private and public sectors. His executive career\ncomprises substantial experience in venture capital development, consumer\nproducts marketing and resource sector development. In the public sector Hon.\nReynolds served many years in elected political offices, both federal and provincial.\n\nAs\nan elected official, Hon. Reynolds served in the House of Commons as a\nProgressive Conservative Member of Parliament for British Columbia, during\nwhich time he served on the Transportation, Health and Welfare, and Justice and\nLegal Affairs committees, amongst many others. Hon. Reynolds also held\npositions as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly for British Columbia, Minister\nof Environment, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth\nParliamentary Association, and Chief Opposition Whip of the House of Commons,\nin which capacity Hon. Reynolds was a member of the Procedure and House Affairs\nCommittee and a member of the Board of Internal Economy, which manages the\nbudget of the House of Commons.\n\nHon.\nReynolds served as co-chair of the successful national Conservative Party\ncampaign for the January 23, 2006 federal election, in which Stephen Harper was\nelected Prime Minister of Canada. Hon. Reynolds was appointed as a member of\nthe Queen’s Privy Council for Canada on February 6, 2006.\n\nIn\nthe private sector Hon. Reynolds work included directorships on the boards of\nnumerous public companies, including International Corona Resources, one of the\nlargest gold discoveries in North America. Hon. Reynolds also hosted one of\nBritish Columbia’s leading radio talk shows. In March 2006, Hon. Reynolds was\nappointed as a Senior Strategic Advisor to McMillan LLP in Vancouver.\n\nAs\na member of Zonzia’s Board of Advisors, Hon. Reynolds will help guide Zonzia as\nit begin...
