(TSXV: EPM), is\n pleased to announce that the Company has completed its previously\n announced share split, continuance and name change to \"Zonte Metals\n Inc.\" and effective August 2, 2011, the common shares of Zonte began\n trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a post-split basis under the\n symbol \"ZON\".\n\n\nOn July 26, 2011, the shareholders approved the split of the capital of\n the Company on the basis of up to two (2) common shares for each\n existing common share, a name change to Zonte Metals Inc., and the\n continuance under the Canada Business Corporations Act.\n\n\nAbout Zonte:\nZonte is a junior explorer focused on gold.
