The Corporation also staked an\n additional 389 claims pursuant to Newfoundland Exploration Licences\n 018291M, 018292M and 018293M which cover 9725 hectares in surrounding\n and contiguous areas, for a total staked area of 10475 hectares (the\n "Empire Licences"). The project is referred to as the Wings Point\n Project.\n\n\nThe option agreement was entered into between Empire and Donald LeDrew\n and Derrick Fancey (the "Optionors").  The option agreement grants the\n Corporation the option to purchase a 100% interest in the Optioned\n Licence by making payments of $180,000 and 400,000 common shares to the\n Optionors over four years. The claims are subject to a 3% NSR, 2/3rds\n of which can be bought back by the Corporation for two million dollars.\n If Empire is able to identify 1 Million ounces of gold on the Optioned\n Licence and the Empire Licences in the Measured and Indicated\n categories of a NI43-101an additional 150,000 shares will be issued and\n if Empire...
