David has held product, technology, and innovation leadership roles with a variety of companies including Wawanesa Insurance, IMS Technologies, KPMG Consulting and Procter & Gamble. \"We are very excited to have David join the Zonetail team as our new CTO,\" said Mark Holmes, President and CEO. \"David has been serving on Zonetail's Advisory Board for several years, and more recently as a technology consultant since February 2021. Having him take on the full role of CTO is a big win for us and insures strong product development and integrations in 2022.\"The Company also wishes to announce that it has granted 800,000 stock options to two consultants of the Company at a price of $0.06.
