(Nasdaq: ZKIN) (the \"Company\") announces that Nasdaq has granted the Company an additional extension to file its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2023. Initially, Nasdaq had extended the deadline to June 7, 2024. However, upon a subsequent request, Nasdaq has provided a further extension through August 13, 2024.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nThis extension allows the Company more time to complete and submit its annual report. Should the Company fail to file the 20-F by August 13, 2024, Nasdaq will issue a written notification of delisting.
