(CZX - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce that all motions presented at the Company's recently held Annual General and Special Meeting have been approved by the shareholders.Shareholders re-elected the incumbent directors at the AGM to serve for the ensuing year: Peeyush Varshney, Marco Strub, Henry Giegerich and John A. Thomas, and new director Praveen Varshney.Praveen Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987.  Following that, he was with KPMG from 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990. He has been actively working in the capital markets for 16 years. Mr. Varshney has previously been a director of Camphor Ventures Inc., now merged with Mountain Province Diamonds Inc., and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Carmanah Technologies Corp., one of the largest solar companies in Canada. He currently is Chief Financial Officer of Canada Zinc Metals.Shareholders also approved the audited year ended June 30, 2010 annual financial statements and appointed Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing year, and authorized the directors of the Company  to fix the remuneration of Davidson & Company LLP.Disinterested shareholders approved the amendment to the Company's fixed stock option plan.   Disinterested shareholders also approved the creation of a new Control Person pursuant to the proposed private placement with Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co. Ltd.
