The Group will retain Ten Alps PLC as the name of its holding company and for the purposes of its AIM market quotation (AIM: TAL), but in due course will seek shareholder approval to change the holding company name to Zinc Media Group PLC.\nThe change includes a complete rebrand and the launch of a new [trade] website www.zincmedia.com. The Company, which has undergone a process of restructuring over the past year, decided on the name change to reflect the newly refocused business.\nThe Company will retain the TV brands - Blakeway, Brook Lapping, Films of Record and Reef Television - which make programmes for the UK, US and international broadcasters. The Company will also retain the Ten Alps website, www.tenalps.com, for the purposes of the Company's AIM Rule 26 disclosures.
