The change is being undertaken to ensure consistency with generally accepted industry and sector practice.\n \nAs a result of this change in accounting reference date, the Company's reporting timetable for the next 18 months will be as follows:\n \n- Unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 December 2019 to be released by 31 March 2020;\n- Unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2020 to be released by 30 September 2020; and\n- Audited report and accounts for the 18-month period to 31 December 2020 intended to be published by 30 April 2021.\n \nFinally, further to its announcement of 30 September 2019, Zinc Media confirms that it will today publish and post to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year to 30 June 2019 (the \"Accounts\").
