[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2903Q Ten Alps PLC 30 July 2010 \n \n\n 30 July 2010\n \nTen Alps plc\n \nAnnual Report and Accounts \nand Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \nTen Alps Plc (AIM:TAL) (\"Ten Alps\" or the \"Company\") the factual media company, today releases its annual report and hereby gives the Notice that the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") of the Company will be held at One New Oxford Street, High Holborn, London WC1A 1NU on 25 August 2010 at 10.30 a.m. for the following purposes:\n \nOrdinary Business\nTo consider and, if thought fit, pass the following items, which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:\n1 THAT the Company's audited financial statements for the year to 31st March 2010, and the Directors' report and the Auditors' report on those financial statements, be received and adopted.\n2 THAT Grant Thornton LLP be reappointed as Auditors of the Company, to hold office until the conclusion of the next general meeting at which accounts are laid before the Company, and the directors be authorised to determine their remuneration.\n3 THAT Adrian Dunleavy be reappointed as Executive Director.\n \nSpecial Business\nTo consider and, if thought fit, pass the following items, item 4 of which will be proposed as an ordinary resolution and items 5 and 6 of which will be proposed as special resolutio...
