(TSXv: ZC) (FSE:\n ZCT1) (the \"Company\" or \"Zimtu\") is pleased to announce that it\n acquired ownership of 1,000,000 common shares of Montan Capital Corp.\n (\"Montan\") through a private placement transaction, representing\n approximately 12.5% of the total 8,000,000 issued and outstanding\n common shares of Montan as of December 5, 2012.\n\n\nMontan is a Capital Pool Company as defined by the policies of the TSX\n Venture Exchange (the \"Exchange\"). It is expected that Montan will\n commence trading on the Exchange under the symbol \"MO.P\" on Friday\n December 7, 2012. Montan is evaluating potential Qualifying\n Transactions in the Mining and Metals space. The directors and officers\n of Montan are as follows:\n\n\nRyan Fletcher - President, CEO, CFO, Secretary, and Director\n\n\nMr. Ryan Fletcher has served as President, Chief Executive Officer,\n Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of the Company since\n August 16, 2011. Mr. Fletcher is currently a Director of Zimtu Capital\n Corp. Mr. Fletcher joined Zimtu in 2009 as Manager Corporate\n Development and has been responsible for identifying and sourcing\n projects, structuring companies and investments, marketing group\n companies, capital raising and business development. Mr. Fletcher is a\n graduate of the University of British Columbia Okanagan with a Bachelor\n of Arts degree in Economics. Prior to joining Zimtu, Mr. Fletcher\n worked as a consultant for publicly-listed mineral exploration and\n development companies.\n\n\nMichel Robert - Director\n\n\nMr. Michel Robert has served as a Director of the Company since August\n 16, 2011.  Mr. Robert has over 34 years of professional experience in\n the mining industry. He previously served as Senior Vice President for\n Pan American Silver Corp. from 1995 to 2001. More recently, Mr. Robert\n was Vice President of Quinto Mining Corp. which was acquired by\n Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd.
