(TSXv: ZC; FSE:\n ZCT1) (the \"Company\" or \"Zimtu\") is pleased to announce that, Ms. Jody\n Bellefleur has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\") for the\n Company.  She will be responsible for all regulatory financial\n reporting including preparation of quarterly financial statement and\n management discussion and analysis.  Ms. Bellefleur serves as the Chief\n Financial Officer for several other reporting Issuers.  Ms. Bellefleur\n is a CGA with over 15 years' experience as a corporate accountant.  She\n was an accountant with a private manufacturing company for 12 years and\n more recently, has worked independently as an accountant for various\n publicly listed mineral exploration companies.  She has been a Member\n of the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia\n since 1998.
