(\"Zephyr\" or the \"Company\") (TSX-V: ZFR) is pleased to\n announce the appointment of Mr. Monte Swan as a technical advisor to\n the Company. Mr. Swan has extensive experience on the Dawson Gold\n Project (\"Dawson\") having completed a multi-element stratigraphic and\n metal dispersion analysis of the gold-bearing units at Dawson for\n Uranerz USA Inc. in 1992.\n\n\nMr. Swan of Evergreen Colorado, is a geologist with extensive experience\n in structural geology, economic geology, geochemistry, plate tectonics,\n and geological mapping.  Monte earned his B.S. degree in Geological\n Engineering from Michigan Technological University and M.S. degree in\n Geology from the University of Arizona.\n\n\nMonte began his career as a geologist for Kennecott's Geological\n Research Group focusing on basement lithology and structure and as an\n exploration geologist for Newmont Mining Company at the time of their\n initial major gold discoveries in Nevada.\n\n\nSince 1983 he has helped co-develop the MagmaChem Classification and\n applied it to mineral and oil and gas exploration. This work was funded\n at the $100 million level and resulted in the discovery of 20 metal\n deposits and 1 geothermal system on 3 continents, totaling more than\n $60 billion worth of copper, gold, and silver.\n\n\nHe has been an adjunct geology professor and is a published author with\n Random House Publishers.\n\n\nDavid Felderhof, Executive Vice President stated, \"We are extremely\n pleased to welcome Mr. Swan to the Company.
