[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7425K Rose Petroleum PLC 27 June 2014 \n \n\nRose Petroleum plc\n \n(\"Rose\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResults of Annual General Meeting\nTotal voting rights\n \n \nRose Petroleum plc is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today (the \"AGM\") all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed. \n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 433,333,322 Placing Shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM and Admission and dealings are expected to occur at 8.00am on or around 30 June 2014. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
