[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9332D\n Zephyr Energy PLC\n 02 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n 2 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n Zephyr Energy plc\n \n \n \n (the \"Company\" or \"Zephyr\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Result of General Meeting \n and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n Zephyr Energy plc (AIM: ZPHR), the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company focused on responsible resource development, is pleased to announce that at its general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.\n \n \n Accordingly, pursuant to the Placing announced on 16 October 2020, the Second Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM tomorrow, 3 November 2020 (\"Admission\"), to complete the Placing.\n \n \n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n With effect from Admission, the Company's total issued Ordinary Share capital will consist of \n 696,202,515 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 696,202,515 from Admission.
