Accordingly, from tomorrow, trading on AIM in the Company's shares will continue under the Company's new name and the code \n ZPHR.L.\n \n The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will not change.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n In order to reflect the Company's new name, the Company's website address will be changed to www.zephyrplc.com\n from tomorrow.
