[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n10 May 2023\n \n \nZenova Group PLC\n(\"Zenova\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nZenova IP project with Liverpool John Moores University\n \nResulting in Lowering Fuel Bills, Lower Cost of Refurbishments and Improved Environmental Benefits\n \n· Successful trial demonstrating Zenova IP just 1mm thickness applied moved the EPC rating from E to D\n· Reducing heat energy consumption by over 25% thus lowering fuel bills\n· Reduces U-value by 35%\n· Reduces building CO2 carbon emissions by 19%\n· SAP score improvement of 24 points from pretrial score of 121 to 97\n \nFindings\n \nAll the results highlight the significant impact of the Zenova IP insulation performance.\nThe application of Zenova IP tackles cooling, heating costs and energy consumption; all of which can be reduced accordingly.\nZenova IP provides an economically viable solution particularly given the recent implementation of the requirement in the UK that all rented residential properties meet the minimum EPC standard of C or above by 2028. The penalty for not having a valid EPC will be raised from £5,000 to £30,000 in 2028.\n \nZenova are pleased to announce the conclusion of this very successful AKT Project during 2022-2023 with Liverpool John Moores University.\n \nThis demonstrates the effectiveness of Zenova IP (insulating paint) which provides remediation for many buildings not only in the UK but globally in the fight against global warming and increasing insulation requirements for homes and workplaces. \nWe would like to thank the team at Liverpool John Moores university, headed by Dr Monower Sadique for their work and support following Zenova's successful Innovate UK funding grant of £30,000 to undertake the trial and prepare the report.\n \nAll the results highlight the significant impact of the Zenova IP insulation performance.\n \nZenova CEO Tony Crawley stated\n\"This has been an amazing project working with Liverpool John Moores University and has demonstrated in detail the true benefits that Zenova IP can offer.
