ON PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT VIA A REGULATORY INFORMATION SERVICE, THIS INFORMATION IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN\n \n \n \n \n 25 July 2022\n \n \n \n \n Zenova Group PLC\n \n \n \n (\"Zenova\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Three Month Extension to Amati Global Investors Limited's 'Right to Subscribe'\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED)\n \n , a provider of innovative fire safety and heat management technology and products, advises that\n it has agreed to extend\n Amati Global Investors Limited's (\"Amati\") right to subscribe for additional shares in the Company by three months.\n \n \n Under the existing right, which was granted at the time of the Company's AIM IPO, Amati could subscribe for an additional 6,578,947 Ordinary Shares in the Company at the Placing Price of 19 pence within nine months of the Company's Admission to AIM. This right would have expired on 21 July 2022 following an agreement to extend by an additional three months (as announced on 19 April 2022).
