[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nThe following amendment has been made to the 'Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 24/07/2023 at 07.18 under RNS No 9363G\nThe Total Voting Rights after the issue of equity resulting from the exercise of warrants has been corrected to 106,350,973.\nAll other details remain unchanged.\nThe full amended text is shown below.\n24 July 2023\nZenova Group PLC\n(\"Zenova\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nExercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights\n \nZenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of innovative fire safety and heat management technology and products, announces that it has received notification from a warrant holder to exercise warrants in respect of 466,920 ordinary shares in the Company.\n \nAdmission and Total Voting Rights\n \nFollowing the exercise of the warrants, application has been made for 466,920 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00am 27 July 2023.\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company will have 106,350,973 ordinary shares of £0.001 in issue.
