Melin Homes are an established Housing association based in Southeast Wales providing over 4,500 affordable properties across five local authorities. As a result of the recent Zenova IP results and testing, Melin homes has undertaken its first project in Newport using Zenova IP on internal walls and ceilings.\nKylie Griffin Decarbonisation officer from Melin homes stated \"This is an exciting product that will help us further improve the insulation and energy performance rating in our homes.
