Admission will take place and dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. today under the ticker ZED and ISIN GB00BNVVH568.\n \n \n In conjunction with, and conditional on, Admission, Zenova has successfully raised gross proceeds of £4.5 million by a placing of ordinary shares at a placing price of 19p per share. Upon Admission, the market capitalisation of the Company will be approximately £17.74 million.\n \n \n The proceeds attributable to the Company from the fundraising, together with its existing cash resources, are intended to support Zenova's growth strategy to build sales in the UK and other regions globally.
